Diabetes Exercise

Exercise can really help your diabetes.

Exercise can help you reduce your weight and lower your blood sugar level. It also lowers your risk of heart disease, a condition that is entirely too common in people who have diabetes. Exercise can also help you improve your self-esteem and increase your overall health.

Of course, before you begin any exercise program, you should discuss it with your doctor. Together, you can come up with an exercise program that’s right for you, and any other health problems that you may have.

You don’t need to join a gym or a class. Exercise can be something as simple as walking, bicycling, or jogging. Always remember to start slowly...

And drink enough water.
